No. 158 "Gerald Junior" | Cherry & Walnut Bread & Cutting Board, 15.5x10

Cherry and walnut. 15.5 by 10 inches, 3/4 inch thick. Long and narrow, made for bread, for a cheese spread, or for handing something across the counter.

Natural color, no stain. Warm cherry, dark walnut. Cherry deepens with age and light, so it keeps getting better.

Edge grain. Milled, glued, flattened, shaped and sanded by hand in East Tennessee, then finished with food safe mineral oil and beeswax. Both food safe. Neither one is a snack.

Care

Treat it like cast iron, not like a dish. Hand wash warm, towel dry, stand it on edge to dry the rest of the way. No dishwasher. No soaking. Oil it when it looks thirsty, about once a month.
