Shipping policy

I ship from East Tennessee.

In stock ships within 72 hours. Custom orders take about 7 business days, depending on what you asked for and what is already on the bench. You get a real date before you pay, not a range.

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and distance. A board runs about 7 pounds packed. What you see is the carrier's number. I do not mark it up.

Tracking goes out when the box does.

Boards get packed with the corners protected. A dinged corner is not a discount, it is a board I have to make twice.

Local pickup is available in East Tennessee. Pick it at checkout and I will message you to sort out a time.

Once it is with the carrier the timing is theirs. If it goes sideways, message me and I will help you chase it.
